Woven Belted Silt Fence (WBSF™) Combo

Silt Saver WBSF Combo is another in the line of Silt Saver’s Woven Belted Silt Fences designed as alternatives to wire back silt fence that do not require wire and / or net backing. Perfect for use in areas with maximum stormwater flow that also require delineation. WBSF Combo is a 36″ tall woven polypropylene geotextile with four >350lb. tensile strength belts woven into the fabric making this silt fence one of the strongest on the market.  The internal belts used as attachment points allow this fabric to distribute the weight of stormwater and sediment throughout the system allowing the fence to hold maximum loads without additional support. The 2 Stage technology used in this fence allows it to meet the challenge of those areas on your site with heavier than normal stormwater flow. 2 Stage technology was designed to allow for enhanced sediment retention and stormwater release while maintaining the same WBSF structural integrity and strength. The first stage (lower 12 inches above ground level) is nominal 50 sieve woven fabric to facilitate the greatest sediment retention. The second stage (upper 12 inches) is nominal 20 sieve woven fabric providing controlled release of stormwater during heavy rain events reducing overtopping and undermining. Finally, the green high visibility band across the top of the fence provides additional delineation. Installing one fence to do two jobs can save time and money on your site. WBSF Combination fence is available on pre-assembled hardwood stakes (1 ¾” X 1 ¼” X 4’) at 4’ centers (designed for heavy duty) or 6’ centers (designed for medium duty) sensitive areas.
