MKB Company Acquires Certified Erosion Control (CEC) — Filtrexx Northeast to Strengthen Northeast Platform and Expand Sustainable Stormwater Solutions
Independence, OH — MKB Company (“MKB”), a national leader in stormwater management and erosion control solutions, today announced the acquisition of Certified Erosion Control (CEC) dba Filtrexx Northeast, a respected provider of compost-based filtration systems and sustainable erosion control solutions. The acquisition further expands MKB’s presence in the Northeast and strengthens its ability to deliver innovative, environmentally focused stormwater solutions to customers across the region.
Based in Goffstown, New Hampshire, Filtrexx Northeast (filtrexxns.com) specializes in Filtrexx® compost filtration technologies, including compost filter socks, sediment and pollutant control systems, slope stabilization, and green infrastructure solutions used across construction, infrastructure, and environmental projects. The company is known for its technical expertise, strong customer relationships, and commitment to sustainable practices.
